Private Residence Operations

A residence of this level is run, not merely maintained — kept ready, safe and continuous, whether the owner is in residence or a continent away.

People know their roles and are supported in them; what used to live in scattered phone messages now lives in one system; and the daily noise of running a home resolves, quietly, into order.

Inspections

A defined cycle, not a walk-through

Inspection is the backbone of the discipline. An initial inspection establishes the baseline; monthly inspections hold the standard; seasonal inspections prepare the home for what each season brings; and a handover inspection protects every transition of staff or season. Every finding is ranked by severity and held by a named owner until it is genuinely resolved.

Initial and seasonal inspections are conducted to international, upper-tier residence-management standards: a visual, room-by-room survey of every space and volume, checked against the property’s own architectural and technical plans, documented comparatively against the previous inspection, and recorded in software so that change over time is measured rather than remembered.

Asset Inventory

Everything has a place — and a record

Every item, key, document, product and piece of equipment has a defined place and a record. A living asset inventory means nothing is lost in a change of staff, and the true contents and condition of the residence are always known.

Maintenance

Preventive, not reactive

Maintenance is prevented rather than repaired. Pool, water and technical systems are monitored, recorded and verified; small faults are caught before they become costs — or dangers.

Vendors

Vendor accountability

Suppliers are held to a written scope, with cost, responsibility and timing defined in advance. The residence keeps a memory of who did what, and who can be relied upon.

Readiness

Guest and arrival readiness

The house is prepared so that readiness is felt, not announced. Arrivals meet a home that is calm, complete and in order.

Residence Memory

The memory of the house

A residence accumulates memory: which contractor understands its character, which supplier has been trusted for twenty years, what last winter revealed about the roof. Standart keeps this memory deliberately — documents, decisions, history and preferences in one place — so the knowledge survives any individual and belongs to the home, not to a person.

Reporting

Reporting in the owner’s language

The owner and the family office always know the condition, cost and risks of the home — without having to ask. Reporting is brief and factual, separating an urgent safety matter from a comfort improvement.

The System

Principal, family office and staff — in step

The aim is a single, calm system in which three interests move together: the principal’s lived experience, the family office’s need for oversight, and the people who run the home — supported rather than stretched. Communication moves from private phones into a shared record; responsibility is visible; and the home is kept ready, safe and continuous: felt by everyone, demanded of no one.

Chaos, quietly, becomes order.

Before Standart / After Standart

Before. The residence depends on messages, memory and individual initiative. Vendors are called when something fails. Costs are explained after they happen. The owner learns about problems too late.

After. The residence is inspected on rhythm. Issues are documented and owned. Vendors are accountable to scope and timing. Costs are visible. The owner arrives to a home that has been prepared, not improvised.
