Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Standart Consultancy handles personal data collected through standartconsultancy.com, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Information you send through our contact forms: name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message, and how you prefer us to proceed and to contact you.
- Information you share when you call or write to us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call through Calendly.
- Usage data collected through cookies, only if you accept them in the cookie banner (Google Analytics 4). Strictly necessary cookies are used to run the site and to remember your consent choice.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal or service agreement. Legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- To meet legal obligations such as accounting and record keeping (Art. 5/2-ç).
- To understand how the site is used, only with your consent (Art. 5/1).
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
Discretion
Enquiries often concern private residences and families. They are read only by the people who need them to answer you, and are not shared with anyone beyond the service providers listed below.
Who receives it
- Service providers that host the website and deliver email, under confidentiality obligations.
- Google (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent.
- Calendly and WhatsApp, only if you choose to use them; their own privacy terms apply.
Some of these providers may process data outside Türkiye. Where this happens, the transfer is made under the safeguards required by KVKK Art. 9 or with your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and normally no longer than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period or a contract follows.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether we process your data, request access, correction, deletion or restriction, learn who it has been shared with, object to processing, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Send your request to info@standartconsultancy.com. We reply within 30 days.
